Any such transaction takes place directly between you and the licensed partner you are matched with, under that partner's own terms.
3. Use of this website
You agree to provide accurate information when submitting any form on this site, and not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, to submit another person's contact information without their consent, or to attempt to interfere with the site's normal operation.
4. Lead submissions and consent
When you submit a lead generation form, you are asked to affirmatively consent before your information is shared with a licensed partner or before you are contacted. Submitting a form does not create any obligation for you to purchase insurance or telecom service, and does not create any obligation for a partner to offer you a specific price or plan.
5. No guarantee of outcome
We do not guarantee that any lead will result in a policy sale, a telecom service activation, a particular price, or any specific savings. Any figures discussed in marketing materials are illustrative unless individually confirmed in writing by the relevant licensed partner.
6. Web development engagements
Web design and development work is governed by the individual scope of work, timeline, and price agreed in writing for that project, in addition to these general terms. Ownership of final deliverables transfers to the client upon full payment, as specified in the applicable project agreement.
7. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the content, design, and code of this website are owned by Trade Genic LLC and may not be copied or reused without permission.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trade Genic LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or from services provided by third-party insurance or telecom partners we refer you to.
